Ms. Dipti Nikhil Chheda aged 45 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her graduation from University of Mumbai in the year 1999. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since September 20, 2021. She has been on the Board of our Company since June 10, 2024. She has around three years of experience in providing secretarial services as Practising Company Secretary. Ms. Chheda has been practicing as a Company Secretary under her own firm, Chheda and Associates, offering professional services in corporate secretarial services from past 3 years.

Dipti believes in the highest level of integrity and ethics. She maintains confidentiality, observes an independent outlook, and prioritizes transparency. She has been able to sustain consistent performance through time management, accepting challenges, and shouldering responsibility and accountability. She brings creative and innovative solutions based on factual information and firmly follows the principle of ‘Right Action Right Time, Right Time Right Action’. She is forward-looking, kind-hearted, and eager to support when required. She has mentored many students and females to build their professional careers.

Dipti has exposure in corporate advisory under company law, IBC code, SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations, support services, and strategic planning. She has worked with various Indian and foreign corporates on professional matters.
