Our youngest Director Mr. Kamesh R. Joshi is an Excellent Operational & Innovation Strategist in Logistics, Ports-Shipping, and Supply Chain Operations with a focus on Strategic Planning, Cogent business process optimization and Intricate Issue Resolution. Not everyone is aware that “The relationship between seniors and juniors is not about age; it’s about the exchange of wisdom and energy” which is very well managed by his captivating management skills impacting in scaling the Logistic to next level and creating a very vigorous workplace for the team resulting in utmost customer satisfaction.

He is hailed as a young, dynamic, path-breaker, change-maker and visionary for the Logistics & Hospitality Industry. He possess the propensity of making ‘Om Freight’ as the top most Logistic Company in the world. He has a Golden Heart and associated with many NGO’s since 2008 for various Global Causes from time to time. He is closely involved in the policy decision-making process to bring reforms by making ports as drivers of economic change, saving logistic cost & time, easing port congestion, enhancing employment, volume building and digitalizing & modernizing ports.
