In the early 80’s OM FREIGHT’s growth path took a leap with Mr. Rahul Joshi at the helm of operations under the able guidance of our visionary Founder & Chairman Shri Jagannath Visanji Joshi. It was during that time that OM FREIGHT started the journey from a Customs Clearing agency to a full-fledged International Logistics company.

Rahul Joshi rapidly expanded the company into many verticals like Project Logistics, International Freight Forwarders, bonded trucking, transportation, bulk and break bulk clearance and increasing its global footprint, which today stands proud with overseas offices and offices within India catering to over 700 locations globally.

A taskmaster and Go Getter, Mr. Rahul was instrumental in multiplying the cargo volume by many folds and handling key projects adhering to international standards, compliances and accreditations. Often referred as a people’s person Mr. Rahul Joshi has been active in social work, a trait he inherited from his father. Mr Rahul Joshi spreads his excellence by spearheading various Social Institutions. He is the Trustee of Joshi Jaganath Visanji Sethpar Foundation, which conducts various medical camps, free meals, education scholarships and a subsidized clinic. Along with it he is also Trustee of Kutch Saswat Braham Masthan, Trustee of Hari Om Ashram, Badwah (MP), Trustee of Om Ashram near Vani Temple and many more.

Rahul Joshi is also a recipient of the coveted Kutch Shakti National Award 2018 for his unprecedented work in the field of Business & Social Welfare.

Rahul Joshi was also Conferred upon Saraswat Ratna Award in 2019 honoring his achievements for upbringing and welfare of Kutch Saraswat Bhramin Community.

The Governor of Maharashtra His Excellency Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari felicitated Mr. Rahul Joshi for his outstanding contribution to the people of Maharashtra by donating PPE Kits, Masks and Other medical supplies during the covid lockdown.

Very recently he was conferred upon with “Mulund Ratna Award 2023” by the Tara Sansthan Udaipur for his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Mulund, Mumbai.
